Hi David
Good to meet you on the street after the Joan Baez concert and hear about your singing. I look forward to getting hold of your album. I'm a great fan of songs of political/environmental/social justice types. Looking at your list of influences I think you have great taste and I can see many of my own favourites.
How do you rate another well known Scottish (ex-Scottish) singer - Eric Bogle. I think he has a great mastery with words and tying it into music and conveying thoughtful messages about the human condition/environment etc.
Hope to see you perform some time - if there's a potential St Andrews venue I'll let you know!
In case you need reminding - I'm the one with the Irish accent/grey hair etc to whom you spoke!
Cheers

Hey David, Just got your album. Sounds fantastic. I didn't expect to hear the full band arrangements, but they support the songs well. I read a few articles and it sounds like the industry is impressed as well. Let us know when you have a chance to come back to Canada or maybe we'll see you on your side of the lake. Safe travels, Trevor and ETH

Hello David. I came across your songs by accident after discovering your upcoming gig in Glenfarg. It's a lovely wee club, and I'm sure you'll have a great time.
I'm just sorry I won't be there to meet you. I'll keep an eye out for your next trip to my part of the world.
Such beautiful songs... K x

It's a pleasant surprise to find a sanctury from all that modern inane garbage they call music.

Very pleased to meet and hear you at Raise Your Banners. It's nice to see young people writing about important issues of the day. Not In Our Name is excellent. I look forward to your own album.
