It's been an amazing week of music....I went to hear Bonnie Raitt in Glasgow on Saturday and then bumped into her on Sunday at Julie Fowlis' gig. I look forward to hearing Julie again and hopefully sharing the stage with her this Saturday at Gosport & Fareham Festival....there should be a strong Scottish contingent there. I just hope Janis Ian plays Jesse. Her new album's great! It will be a real treat to get to hear Roy Bailey live for the first time too. He's one of the best topical song interpreters I know.
