One hell of a time!

Just back from Gosport & Fareham Folk Festival today.  I feel so blessed to have taken part, shared my songs with new audiences and to have met so many wonderful, generous people.  It was a truly amazing festival and confirmed to me why I'm pursuing this path.  I heard more music than I do on an average day (as I work in a music shop this is an accomplishment) and got to meet some of my favourite performers.  Having never played south of the border (!) I didn't know what to expect, but I think this is going to be the beginning of a beautiful relationship with southern audiences (here's hoping!).  Special thanks to Peter Chegwyn for inviting me to play and to Charlie from Forest Folk for his gracious introductions.  At my last performance he told the audience that I was the discovery of this year's festival.  Cheers man!
