As part of Edinburgh's Africa In Motion Film Festival I will be singing songs about slavery and freedom in the Cafe of the Filmhouse following the screening of Return to Goree, a musical documentary featuring Youssou N'Dour. The film starts at 9pm and I will start my performance around 11pm. This will include some of the material I've been taking to festivals this summer with my workshop on slavery songs.
